With over 20 years of beautiful full-length ballet productions and classical ballet training for all ages, Cedar City Junior Ballet (CCJB) cultivates artistic and technical excellence, storytelling and theatrical expression, professional preparation, teamwork, discipline, and confidence. We nurture personal growth, foster a deep connection to ballet’s rich tradition, and share the timeless beauty of this art form with our community.
2026-2027 CLASSES
Offering classical ballet training for all ages. Beginning at 2 yrs to adult, classes focus on developing the entire well-being of a dancer both physically and developmentally.
NEW CLASSES!
In addition to classical ballet, CCJB is expanding our classes by offering Spanish Dance and Tap.
Taught by Endrica Hardwick, Spanish Dance (Escuela Bolera) class is a stylized fusion of traditional Spanish dance and European classical ballet. Dancers play inticate rhythms using hand held castanets.
Our tap class is taught by Lynnette Imlay and will focus on the basic of tap, shuffles, flaps, cramp rolls, riffs, shuffle off to buffalo, and maxi fords. Tap shoes are recommended but not required. Tap classes are suitable for beginners through advanced dancers. They improve balance, coordination, lower-body strength, and rhythm while providing a fun, energetic workout. No prior dance experience is required.
